I'm looking for a peice of software that can manage email for a small office.

i want it to access an smtp/pop email account (say info@theorg.net)account and be able to manage mailing lists centrally. I also want it to allow internal mail as well as allowing internal users to send email that will appear as info@theorg.net externally.

Opensource will be preferable but i'm ready to pay a reasonable amount for a solution.

If you get any Linux installation, there is SMTP server and POP server already pre-configured to run. When you read the manuals and browse the web, you should be able to do everything you are describing here.
