Linking phone and online emails to delete at same time

When I delete email from my phone I'm able to also delete it at the same time from my computer.  How do I connect the two so that when I delete emails from my computer they are also deleted from my phone and I don't have to go through everything a second time.

AOL won't delete your mail - even if it's old. If you didn't delete it, it should still be in your mailbox.
