Limewire isn't a "site," it's a peer-to-peer sharing program. People can "get away" with sharing child pornography in the same way that they can "get away" with sharing the also usually illegal music and movies most people use it for. There is no central site that hosts or monitors these files, and there is no one yet like the RIAA or MPAA attempting to track down and prosecute any possible violators in the porn department.

this is a good question i have herd the feds are looking into this and thats cool if you do happen to download some unknow delet it imediately because i belive the feds is monitoring it i good be wrong but if they aint they should be by the way all the files you download is just borrowing them no difrent than you letting me borrow your cd or cassetes i just plan on giving them back when iam iam thourgh with them in about 70 or so years you dig
