Rush makes the party look like a bunch off plastic fools just like Palin does. Is there one old school Republican left that will do whats right for the majority of Americans and not just a few rich ones with special interest?? All the clowns that have had this office seem not to care about making a huge difference in our country. Here is a Idea.... Stop buying oil from the middle east. its something we can do today! Maybe we need to out scource this "US President" job as well... they seem not to care about all our jobs heading to china.

Do you even listen to Rush? Apparently not. It sounds like you are just repeating the usual liberal rhetoric.

Obama's recent backroom deals with Saudi and Iranian oil sheiks has left us a little bewildered: were these deals sanctioned by Congress behind closed doors, which makes these deals inmproper -- or did Obama act without proper sanction -- which makes these deals illegal?

While Bush acted properly in his capacity as Commander-In-Chief to deploy troops to the Middle East under the War Powers Act, to withdraw them before their mission is reasonably complete is a clear violation of WPA: pacification is still incomplete.

"Staged withdrawal" might make sense on the surface but is not the best considered move: if hostilities remerge, we will have to re-deploy at great cost in life and materiel.

The solution is to remain in-place until the job is complete: Iraq is re-organized as a free state holding free elections, on good terms with neighboring Iran, Syria, and Saudi Arabia. Obama's very weak grasp of the situation has already caused him to break nine of his 172 campaign promises.

The sad fact is that he is not entitled to know the full story and is not authorized to act in his official capacity: Obama has been declined Q-Presidential clearance under the Armed Forces Personnel Reliability Program because of a number of youthful indiscretions.

These are questions of character and fitness for office.

Let us therefore pray that God gives Obama that stern lecture and puts Obama right.

Chaplain, you know what really bothers me? Our troops are dying in record numbers and what is Obama more worried about?

 

He is throwing a State Dinner for the Hollywood Elite that helped get him elected.

DanG, no one could be less impressed with Obama's personal conduct and policy than I. Unlike President Obama, I served with distinction.

Vietnam was a ruinous war, that I still do not believe we had to fight.

Regardless, America is the finest nation that ever was.
