When was the first time you let your kids help in the kitchen? What's your age limit for dangerous activities (knives,stove etc.)?

A child should always be supervised in the kitchen. Knives and stoves are out. Set limits. They can use the microwave...explain what does not go in the microwave. There are child safe knives if you feel ur child is old enough. I personally don't believe a child under 10 should have the run of the kitchen. Hope this helps.
