"If I Had A Mother"

If I had a mother in my life I would be the happiest girl in town,

My mother would keep me smiling and never would I have to frown.

If I had a mother It would please me so much,

Just to be able to enjoy her gentle touch.

If I had a mother I would take good care of her forever,

We would have a relationship that will always be strong and endeavor.

If I had a mother my problems and worries would be petty and few,

She would be there to advise me and let me know what I should do.

If I had a mother in my life today,

I would make her proud of me in every way.

If I had a mother and the day was cloudy and grey,

Her smile would hide the clouds and the sun would shine right away.

If I had a mother my world would be estactic with love and glee,

Knowing we have each other and she will be there for me.

If I had a mother I would hold on tight and never let her go,

I would love her forever and ever don't you know.

If ONLY I had a mother again.
