I was let go from a job after working 4 months under a accomadation for a disability. They accomadited me and I had a meeting The HR said I didnt look disabled Infact I looked quite healthyme It must be nice to get SSD you should be ashamed

Did they put anything in writing? If so, that's a big law suit bud.

If you're getting disability, then you're legit. Social security makes it so damned hard to get SSI and disability, you practically have to die first.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Your disability, accommodated or not, is no one's business and should not be up for discussion.  If you have anything in writing, and even if you don't, I'd write out a complaint and file it with the head dude where you work.  Before you can sue the pants off someone you have to give the company the opportunity to make it right.
