How do you let an Interim Pastor know that he is overstepping his boundaries because he is not the Pastor?
As a woman, you do not! 1 Cor 14:34 "Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law." Bible says so, you are to obey--no questions, no arguments, and no discussions.
You may approach your husband, your father, or the senior pastor and ask them to consider taking action.

You don't. You just hang up and go away.
If there are others who feel as you do, you can make an appointment with him/her and tell him/her your feelings, or you can put up with it and be glad when he/she is gone.
It depends on how often the boundaries are being crossed and how seriously those boundaries are taken by you.
