i dont know about pennsylvania but in the 5 states on the west that i have lived if it is a misdemeanor that can ammend the wording to what fits to the sentenance to give jail time as long as the person is not serving the time for the conviction already if the person is serving time i would consult a lawyer thats not a public defender. feel lucky though a disorderly conduct can easily turn into a terrorist conviction because of the terrorism law that was passed.

No unless you have the money to prove it sad to say that it is not illegal unless proved in a court of law. Not trying to be the Devils Advocate just giving it to you real fight if you must but the end result my be the same i do wish u the good. a thought just accured to me your peers(jurors) said you where not guilty you might be able to get an appeal of that reason alone because they would have to charge and convict you if those chages exceeded the original charges they can bring charges down without notifie=ing you they cant exceed them without a new trial look up appeals because of jurors
