I get to design together with my partner on a LED project, yet we get to decide which one to choose from led light bulbs dimmable and bright?

We design this project to indicate a signal of warning by the way to mention here.

I would like to prefer dimable led light bulbs. As per my knowledge they looks beautiful as compare to bright bulbs.
