what happens when you leave the scene of accident,ca and driving under the influsement of drugs he didnt anyone but cause the whole thing

Luckily, driving under the influsement of drugs is not a crime. But if he had been under the influence of drugs he'd be in big trouble.

Uncle Frank had a friend that use to type under the influsement of drugs. Got up to 683 wpm. Set the typewriter on fire. Dislocated his thumb. We pasted some of the manuscript into Google translate and it could not identify the language. So sad.
