Discuss Louise's answer to: It will soon be 3 months that I planted leaves ...

It will soon be 3 months that I planted leaves from my African Violets, and I still have NO appearance of "babies", is it normal to take this long for a leaf planting?

No you should see new growth with in two to three weeks gently pull the soil away from the leaf and see if theres signs of new growth

or you could gently turn the pot over and pull the soil away to see if  there are any  roots which would meant  babies on the way   Good luck
