35.19 cubic yards is a volume, not a weight.  Different materials would weight different amounts.  If you know the density in pounds per cubic yard, you can convert.  Concrete is heavier than water.  Concrete is about 3600 pounds per cubic yard.

Cubic yards is a measure of volume.  Lbs is a measure of weight.  To covert volume to weight one MUST know what is the material (to know the specific weight or the density).
