Are Las Vegas condos a good investment?

I have heard that Las Vegas Condos are getting greater returns on investments than any other area is this true? What is a good realtor to find these condos, I have heard good things about http://hiriseliving.com? Any input?

Toronto Condos Answered:

I'd say that right now you don't want to be investing in Vegas Condos. The market there is pretty terrible still and there are still tons of foreclosures coming on the market depressing prices.

A better option might be to look at Toronto Condos instead. Toronto currently has the hottest condo market in north america

I'd they're right,but not all condos in Las Vegas are worth the Investment,If i were you i'd get an Investment Manager like Ed Butowsky,before investing,Managers like him are the best when it comes to Investments and Stocks.
