simple... if you were to take out the last 4 digits you you would get
3.010 and 3.000

The 2 last digits have no meaning, so you actually ask what is bigger 3.0003 or 3.0101    I believe that by now (as it appears now in front of your eyes) it is clear.  In any case:  3.0101  > 3.0003        (3.0101 - 3.0003 = 0.0098)

A more tricky question would be which is bigger, 3.01 or 3.0003?

The length of the number after the decimal doesn't matter because on the right side of the decimal you can add zeroes to make it 3.0100 and the size of the digit doesn't matter if it's in a different decimal place.  3.01 is bigger than 3.0003 or even 3.0099
