How can I change the languages on dish network by just using the numbers? I have tried changing it before but it won't change.

Hi there! This is Kimberly Escobar with DISH Network customer support. Just wanted to inform you do have the capacity to change the language for certain channels or shows just by using your this DISH Network remote control. Not all programms can be changed to different languages that may be because they are not available in a different language. The steps you have to take are very easy all you have to do is press the menu button on your remote control, from the main menu list you would select option number 8 for preferences, then it will take you to the preferences menu list, there you would select option 3 for alternate audio.
