what should i do if i don't agree with a judge's ruling in a civil suit,the judge went with an illegal survey and now i am in jeopardy of losing an acre of my property

Are you able to file a motion for reconsideration or an appeal of the judge's ruling?  Can you request a stay of the ruling pending the reconsideration or appeal?
