I heard a rumor about the Krembo being hand wrapped, because no machinery is delicate enough to wrap it without breaking the thin chocolate layer. Can anyone confirm or deny this information?
And another question on that same matter, what's the order of the stages in Krembo manufacturing?
Is the cookie base placed first, then the cream and then the chocolate cover (which brings up the question on how does the chocolate gets its unique form),
or is the chocolate poured into an upside-down placed mold, then filled with cream and topped by the cookie (which brings up the question how come the cookie is covered with chocolate if it was the last thing added)?
