why does my kitten lose their hair???? the kittens are very active,playful,naughty and healthy . (my brother said that it is normal for kitten to lose their hair and will grow new hair later.)

How old are the kittens?  Are they doing any scratching of their skin?  Do you live in a warm climate or has spring already arrived?  If you have taken them to a vet and they have been cleared medically for parasites and worms, then there are other options, but I need more information first.
