I have a vista kitchen range and need to change it over from gas to propane, I need a orfice that converts from 4inch to 10 inch.
Where can I find one

Call your propane supplier.  My propane company did the conversion for me and it was fairly reasonable. (Cheaper than the plumber the appliance dealer wanted to send me)  It's highly recommended, even required by law in some areas, to have a licensed professional do it.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
