Hey SNOTSbear ,  I have a beautiful plaque that says 

 " The more I know about people the more I like my horse " .    

 And another " The Kitchen is the heart of the home " .

I have a plaque that says, "This is my cat's house.  I am sometimes allowed to live here."

I've got a magnet of the TARDIS from Doctor Who that says "Not all who wander are lost." it's on that big white thing with all my food in it. I have a Star Treck one that says, "Boldly Go!". It makes sense because I actually have to be quite bold to actually look in there...

Other than that my kitchen doesn't say much about me besides that I'm a massive nerd who has two kitchen magnets.

Donna,  My girlfriend had a plaque that read Dinner Menu, choice of two.  Take it or leave it.  My brother had a plaque for a very short time, until his wife took it down.  It read a womans place is in the kitchen, and she should go there directly after work.  He thought it was hilarious.  Funny guy that he is.

 I only have a kitchen because it came with the house.
