Kate Middleton: The Modern Princess Diana?

Prince William's bride-to-be Kate Middleton has a lot of similarities with the late Princess Diana, but one big difference--the world knows she's not a virgin the way Diana was. Should this be a factor in the way the world sees Kate Middleton or are we living in modern times?

We all feel strongly either way. Or everyway.

Gratitude as a discipline involves a conscious choice.....* Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.*One of the widest gaps in human experience is the gap between what we say we want to be and our willingness to discipline ourselves to get there.

Modern times, indeed. The last time a would be king fell in love with a commoner, he had to abdicate the throne, and it was a huge scandal.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Who cares if she is or is not a virgin!?! Diana might have been a virgin but her life after her failed marriage was filled with sexual partners.

Always look your best because you never know who you're going to meet.

Diana wasn't a virgin either.

It's definetely not a factor in the way the world sees Kate Middleton because No one waits until marriage anymore.

If she is, Prince William better not cheat on her, like Charles did to Diane

I don't wish to be argumentative ,but I disagree with the Islamic belief that I should be killed! " If radical atheists decided they needed to kill believers to ensure their place in nothingness, I'd be criticizing that too."

They look to be very happy and that was "Their" concern..

Delilah cut Sampson's hair and forced him into servitude and demise, powerful is woman, strong and vigilant, she brought her men off battlefields to carry them on her back to safety or to burial

Kate and Will have been "going together" since they met, which is 9 or 10 years.

If they are virgins....well...they are not "normal."   Yes, we live in Modern Times.  Where else could we live?

Each generation lives in its own times, and makes their decisions by the mores of those times.

At one time, Kate would have been shamed for showing her ankles in public.  In those "times" no lady would hike up her skirts for fear of ridicule.  Today, bridal virgins are rare, and are not harshly judged.  Tomorrow? Who Knows?

Is this picture of Lady Di in good taste?

The picture is extremely tacky. The is no reason at all for it to have ever been put on that cover. The media pestered her while she was alive. The very least they could do is let her rest in peace and not portray her like that picture does.
