I am looking for some good recipes for sushi. Does anyone know how to make kani su? This one is my favorite.
Here is a recipe a friend of mine gave me.
1 cucumberCream cheese4 tablespoons imitation crab meat1 avocado
Ponzu sauce:4 tablespoons rice vinegar2 tablespoons Lite Soy sauce1 tablespoon lemon juiceDirectionsPeel cucumber and throw away skin. Lay rest of cucumber out like paper. Spread thin strip of cream cheese, and add crab meat and avocado. Roll cucumber back up and cut into bite-size pieces. For Ponzu sauce, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce and lemon juice, and drizzle over sushi. Best served with soy sauce and wasabi.Kitchen tipPeeling a cucumber is similar to peeling an apple. Only slice it with a knife on the down stroke.
