Any time there is a decision where the two parties disagree, you could call it political. But it is his job to make a decision and explain his reasoning.

Scalia reasoned his conclusion perfectly, clearly, and logically. That terrifies nonsensical and shortsighted Democrats out of their skulls. The only thing Democrats can understand is if they got their way. Like good parents, we sometimes have to say no to problem children like the Democrats.

Rocmike what is wrong? I have only seen 7 hours of posting under your aliases Terrance Hall, Renner, Anonymous and Dave Palmer. Dave Palmer is still posting and can make up for some lost time of repeating the same crap over and over.
