Should Justice Scalia resign or be reprimanded for making political comments that only serve to make the court less credible as a governing body?

Why should Justice Scalia be reprimanded or resign?  He acted properly by quoting the law.  Obama wanted him to violate it therefore Obama is the criminal who should resign from office -- immediately.

Scalia questioned more than Obama's judgment: he laid reasonable question to his:

1. competence,
2. fitness for office,
3. qualification for office,
4. national origin,
5. the actual count of votes cast in his favor,
6. ethics in the 2008 election,
7. libel his followers have committed to keep Obama in office,
8. four-times refused status for security clearance, and withdrawal of that security clearance that same day for cause.
9. and much, much worse.

These are all serious criminal issues and each is in itself suitable cause for impeachment.  It is clear that all who support Obama are fanatically anti-American and are of such severely disturbed mentation that they should be placed under psychiatric observation if not held as dangers to themselves and others.

That sort of thing happens when wild-eyed lunatics worship a demigod with all the fervor of Hitler and all the malice of Stalin.

There could have been absolutely no worse choice for president than Obama and that is why the disloyal Demoicrats ran him insyead of a qualified candfidate.

Such is the utter corruption and prejudicial complacency of our oligarchial Democrat policical cult -- that is losing members daily as they awaken from the Obama Coma.

There would be absolutely no reason for Justice Scalia to resign.  He did the job he was appointed to do.  All the other Justices proved that Obama was always in error on matters of Constitutional Law.

Scalia is correct, and Obama is impeachable.

It's one thing to have a private opinion when you're deciding national cases--quite another to be out in public advocating one side or another. It's disgraceful.

Arizona has to protect itself from Mexican drug cartels.  That is why Obatso is giving cartels our top of the line military hardware, so they can kill our Border Patrol guys from over the horizon. 

That way, Obatty gets his huge rakeoff from MS-13, Pagans, Hells Angels, Bandidos, and any biody else that is running drugs through Arizona.

Obatso is so greedy that if he don't get trillions a year in graft and gang rake offs then he ain't making enough money to put in his numbered Kenyan bank accounts.

The thing is, all his people hoped to get in on that criminal racket and they ain't smart enough to figure out Obatso lied to them all along.

Dems are dumb, but Lordy, I didn't know any disloyal bigot could get as stupid as they are.

Why should Justice Scalia resign from office?  Obama went absolutely ballistic when he saw his man decide something fairly instead of on the sheer hatred that Obama demands as his Democrat tribal cult oblation.  That alone is cause to haul Obama before the Supreme Court on contempt charges -- and they would stick.

So far, all the Democrats have shown us is their usual scofflaw attitude problem, utter lack of discipline, and such insane recklessness that we cannot afford to take one more chance on them.
