Discuss Nyla785's answer to: Should Justice Scalia resign or be reprimanded for making political comments that only serve to make the court less credible as a governing body?

It's one thing to have a private opinion when you're deciding national cases--quite another to be out in public advocating one side or another. It's disgraceful.
