1 amendment? Isn't Scalia supposed to be an 'impartial judge' of each case? i thought that's what the court was all about. Not about being an arm of a political party.

In short, Supreme Court Justice Scalia has found ample good cause why Obama's unlawful interference with Arizona's law is un-constitutional. That is why Obama needs to be impeached and all his racist bedfellows prosecuted to the limit of the law.
Since the Democrats all contemplate treason, that means the death penalty.

Actually, immigration and border protection is a federal responsibility, overtly stated in the Constitution. States have no case for doing it.
