As long as you're consuming a balanced diet otherwise, drinking juice every day won't harm you.

The danger is in substituting juice for other foods (including fruits and vegetables), as juice does contain a lot of natural sugar (and nothing to speak of in the way of fiber).

Just make sure to monitor the amount you drink ~ and make sure it's 100% juice. No sugar or other junk added!

although pomegranate juice contains minerals that are needed in our body, it is not advisable for you to consume more than your body needs.. one glass a day may do..but make sure that you drink lots of water, for this is the most essential and needed liquid inside our body..

Most healthy juices depend on your specific health problems. Here a few examples - beetroot juice (good for those suffering from Anemia) parsley juice (sends excess water out of your system) cucumber juice (cools you down in summer).

Just be careful and juice your fruit and veggies in the right kind of juicer - a centrifugal juicer like the  Hamilton Beach Juicer for hard products, and a masticating juicer like Omega juicers for the soft fruit, otherwise you get a very low juice yield.

I take juices drinks with me wherever I go. I know they will be a delicious, different snack. Even though I can;t always drink mango juice, I always have pear juice or a different kind of fruit juice. I carry them around in water bottles that I drank to reuse the plastic bottle, and people are always curious about my healthy juices. Everyone I have given a sip to, loves these juice drinks.
