OH also, while it fine to question his motives, we should also be questioning the motives of the people not wanting it public. The fracting methods are opposed by some scientist because it releases other chemicals into the ground water. It was an article in Scientific America I read. It should be noted, the democrats didn't have a problem with him being there.
