This is the first I've heard of this one.   And, yes, it could happen today...but might not last as long. NO, it was never okay, and still isn't okay.

No, it wasn't OK then or is it now. These men with power think they can do what they want and never account for it. This man was married and supposed to be a christian.

Of course it could happen again. Relationships between consenting adults has been going on since life began and won't stop as long as humans inhabit the earth. It's not advisable for married men to sleep with other women but from what I understand he routinely did this and she was aware so it's possible they had an agreement.
