Jewelry Hallmark

I have several pieces of Sterling and Gold Jewelry with a blue stone that are marked JL in a circle. Does anyone know this hallmark? I resembles David Yurman stlye.

Depending on the year of the pieces that you have (A picture would be helpful) but I believe that they are out of the Judy Lee Jewelry line. It was a jewelry line from 1950 - 1970 and was founded by Blance and Aldo Viano in 1949. I have an extensive collection so if you had a picture I could tell you what you have. Hi, without the benefit of a photo it is really hard to tell. If it helps at all, JL in a circle is the sponsor mark - Joseph Loring, Silversmiths, Boston, MA, USA - ca 1770s - 1790s. regards Yvonne.

I think that depending on the year of pieces , one can tell its hall mark and the hall mark is not know by all , you can get to know the hall mark ot it by any jeweller.
