AQ -- Matthew 5:17 -- (Jesus speaking)  -- "Do not think I came to abolish the law or the prophets, I have not come to abolish them but to fulfil them".  What Jesus is saying here is that as a Jew, he followed the Jewish Laws. Therefore he did not eat pork.  Once he was crucified, this law no longer applied because he fulfilled it.
