"Nani yatten da yo?"

I noticed it isn't possible to write japanese characters, otherwise I would have included it as well.

I wasn't able to find any information about who said it or what company came out with it. But it appears to be a big money-maker with college students and young people (websites have posters, mugs, t-shirts, hats and other products with this saying for sale online).
