The meaning of RCI is: "RCI Jewelry Corp". 10K means that the metal alloy contains 10 parts of gold and 14 parts of other metal.

Jewelry Hallmarks can be tricky and difficult to verify, but I would say RCI is designer / manufacturer, SSTL means stainless steel, and 10K means 10 karat gold.
