dear goodtofy,I 'am so glad to hear that you are so kind to send tv to your son in Iraq.I could give your some suggestions.there are two ways for your choose.the first way is to convert these tv shows onto another format and upload them to youtube and send the youtube address to your son.so you son can watch them via the internet.this is the quickest way .but ...it may need many time for uploading the tv to youtube.and I don't know whether you son can go to inernet in his city .

so there are another way ,that is you could burn a cd and send to him,there is a short tutorial about how to burn convert iTunes music/movie/TV shows and burn DVD for your reference.
