Itchy hair

i am 21 years old male and sometimes feel a little sensation in my head at a particular spot and when i check i have shed some hair in that region.the sensation is some times itchy and sometimes a normal sensation and i am losing hair from all ovr the scalp and not from the top only.what can be the reason

Go see a dermatologist.

do u know a good dermatologist in delhi......and also i forgot to mention i lose 20-30 hair strands in a day on an average..is it alarming or normal!
