Anxiety comes in many forms.  Anxiety about the world situation is best handled with absolute faith in God, prayer to God for your and other's goodness and for God to protect you.  Some have a deeper kind of anxiety and sometimes lying back in a recliner so there is not tension in the legs or any body parts, and then breath in and out.  Imagine the anxiety and bad feelings being exhaled and God's good qualities of Love and Peacefulness being inhaled.  Do this for 1/2 to 1 hr two times a day.  You can even do it as you walk --out with the bad through the left nostril and in with the good through the right nostril.

However, there are others whose anxiety comes from something like Post Traumatic Stress Disorders and situations like that.  Here the ultimate help must come from God.  Sometimes, therapists and medications may help some or in rare cases they may help quite a lot.   However, ultimately, this type of anxiety and fear has to be healed by God in whatever way and time he sees fit to heal it.  These people must forebear enormous suffering and mental torment and they need all our love and understanding.

This covers some of the major types of anxiety, though I am sure there are many other types and variations.  I hope the above applies to whatever situation you or your loved ones are in.

May God Bless you and your family and heal you with His Grace, which can heal anything.
