I used yo be a VERY heavy (chain) smoker. One day I decided to stop it, I made up my mind, sluffed all the cigarettes I had and decided not to touch that stuff again. I made it !. I must admit that from time to time I do feel like craving for a cigarette, but I know what will happen if I take one, so I delete that bad idear from my mind. In short, be strong and do it. No need for any "helps".
