I would like to sow my money into Israel's rescue efforts to Haiti. Is there a group, resource you recommend I can do that through?

Not sure. I suggest to check with Haaretz newspaper (working together with Herald Tribune) - www.haaretz.com  Check on their web page or try to contact them.

All the best.

Please use due diligence. There are a lot of con artists out there that take advantage of these situations. Make sure whatever group you decide to endow is legitimate.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

You could contribute donations through the Magen David Adom at www.afmda.org The American Friends of the Israeli version of the Red Cross.

There is a way to donate. I took the information from the site of the Israel Foreign Ministry. There is a telephone number you can call to ensure that the data is correct: +972-2-6594222
