Israel is a country the size of New Jersey.  In her midst are people from all over the world including Arab Muslims who have the same rights as all Israelis'.  In fact they have no desire to join their fellow Arabs in Gaza.

Israel is a Nation with the rights of any Nation much to the agony of all the Arabs and the U.N.  Like America or any other country they follow the rules of immigration and also asylum.  You need to dig deeper into this well because this story is not all there is as Paul Harvey would say.

Then again any old reason for an anti-Jew to complain and to misuse information you live in Iran?
