Their may be hope, the Tea Party is awakening once more..... One can only hope another loophole can be found in the monstrosity of what is called a health care bill under the pretense of a tax!

It is a penalty, not a tax.  Don't worry your miserly little heart about it, if you keep the law, you won't have anything to worry about--except that your neighbor might just be entitled to as good a healthcare plan as yourself--terrible, I know but there you have it.  And don't let it get you down in any case, it won't be long before reason finally prevails and we turn to something that actually works, like a plan that covers everyone who needs healthcare.  If people weren't such morons, they'd realize this Obamacare thing is a capitalist's wet dream and sit back and enjoy.

The new tax required to finance Obamacare is the nastiest of penalty taxes.  It exists to penalize persons who already have good healthcare insurance because they will have to continue paying their private coverage in addition to the largest new tax in American history.

That is because Obamacare is not "affordable health care coverage."  It merely functions as "override" coverage for when you exhaust your current medical benefits.  Even then it is doubtful that the Government would have to pay anything because most cases the person is dead and the estate already has "Catastrophic Final Medical Expense" exclusions for such cases.  If your insurance is exhausted, the hospital must dismiss the bill.

Obamacare makes it such an administrative nightmare for hospitals to apply for payment that they might dismiss claims as uncollectable.

However, your IRS bills will hit an all time high and you will see absolutely no benefit.
