Go to the command prompt - It is usually under Accessories (in Vista), it is a black screen.  Once there type in ipconfig and hit enter.

What is my ip address? 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_address
Where can i find it?
In Windows PC --> Start --> Run... --> cmd --> ipconfig
You ip will be listed there.
 
If the above seems complicated just visit my ip address | tejji. and you will get your ip address.
