Discuss niteowlett's answer to: Involuntary insurance? Pay for others' elective procedures?

Florida, Wisconsin, Alaska, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and 19 other states say they will not ratify "Obamacare." Why? Because it is unfair, too costly, burdensome, exclusionary, and ...

Are these short-sighted Governors going to OBSTRUCT our healthcare reforms?  Once again, partisan politics is impeding American government.  If anyone likes the current state of our health care system, that is all you will ever get from Republicans.

Courteous, yet lively debate, keeps the cobwebs from forming and misinformation as well.

Bill Compton Thinks this answer is Not Helpful:

27 of 50 State Legislatures, Insurance Commissioners, and State Bar Associations, have had to reject Obamacare because it rations medical care only to the very highest power elite -- Obama's inner circle."  You of course will be left out unless you are a black separatist.

It is not without precedent: hitler's Action T4.

This poster (from around 1938) reads: "60,000 Reichsmarks is what this person suffering from a hereditary defect costs the People's community during his lifetime. Fellow citizen, that is your money too. Read '[A] New People', the monthly magazine of the Bureau for Race Politics of the NSDAP."

Lying only reflects your own values.
