Investing in a Restaurant

I'm considering investing in a restaurant which is scheduled to open next July.

Could I demand a bigger share of the stock because I'm the first investor?

Depends on your renegotiating capabilities.

You can demand anything, whether you're going to get it or not has to do with other investors, how tight they are, and of course how much money you bring in.

You should be aware that restaurants have one of the very highest failure rates of any business.

I agree with HesNotHere but is a matter of luck and investing is very risky. Well good luck for that, it depends on how good you are in talking them about bigger share and stock. Cool

Sit back and relax. We'll make it easy for you. All you need to know about is your business. We'll do the rest. <a href="http://www.magnetik.com.au" rel="nofollow">website design sydney</a> | <a href="http://www.crosswayhighschool.com" rel="nofollow"> Online High School </a>
