I think the reason that you're not finding a DVD on the topic is that it's a HUGE area to cover, and you can't do it in an hour and a half watching TV.

Reading is a much better choice since you can go back and look things up if you need to.

There are also so many different ways to invest and most rely on numbers and charts.  Numbers and charts don't go over well on video.

I personally use an approach called relative trend analysis (TM) and share my info at http://TSX.ProfiTrend.com . The couple of pages you'll find in my Visitor Guide will probably tell you more than a video would... but then you're only getting my strategy.

I think you're better off picking up a few books on the basics.

The stock market is a wonderful place to make money, and I wouldn't want you to ignore it just because you can't find a DVD!

IMHO you are better off approaching your bank or building society and asking them for advice on this matter.

hope that helps a little.

Not sure on the DVD options, but a show that I enjoy for good advice on investing is Mad Money by this guy Cramer on CNBC.  His best lesson is to invest in the ecosystem of Co's around and idea or concept you like.  For example, the Iphone.  Buy Apple, and research and buy all the other companies involved with the Iphone's success...e.g. the mfg Co, and the parts MFG's.  Go to amazon to check and see if you can buy his show by season on DVD.  Good Stuff.

I don't know about dvd's. but I can recommand an excellent book that cover almost every aspect of this subject/ the book nam is "ivestments" by haim levy/ hebrew university.
