I was intoxicated and believe I was raped by a man ...

I was intoxicated and believe I was raped by a man I just met that night. After 2 weeks of trying to get him to go away,I found out i was pregnant. I don't believe in abortion. He stalked me and pushed himself on me over and over. He has continued to manipulate me into believing that I was drunk and wanted it. now i feel trapped because i have to rely on him and his parents. If I could go back I would have reported him the morning after. But i didn't. now its too late.

If you were unable to knowingly consent to sex with this man then I believe it is legally considered to be rape. It may still be possible to press charges against him; please don't let your possible feelings of guilt or shame keep you from doing so. Here are some links that may help:

This man is trying to have total control over you. He wants you to rely on him for everything. As far as being raped, YES, you were raped and were not in a sound and clear state of mind when the act took place. He should have known better, but was probably only thinking of himself at the time anyway. YES, do report this to the police. It's possible this man has a police record with other complaints similar to yours. Also, you should get an order of protection and/or restraining order against him if he refuses to leave you alone. Lastly, If you do not wish abortion, you can always contact an adoption agency. Some agencies will pay your medical expenses and provide shelter and care for you in exchange for your adoptable infant. I wish you good luck and hope my advicehelps you. I agree, it's time to bring the police in and a restraining order is a very good idea. You need to do everything necessary to protect yourself by every legal means possible. And if at all possible, have him prosecuted for rape.
