Intimate Wedding

We are planning a small wedding, 20 to 30 people, we live in Hillsboro Ohio and are comfortable having the wedding any where from the Eatgate area to Adams county, we are having trouble finding someplace that does not want to charge a a fortune, since we do not need a big hall. I raise and rescue Shelties, so having a wedding at my home is not possible. Any suggestions?Laughing
