click your start button,find windows update and click that,it will take you to microsoft website and it will automatically scan your computer for updates.if you need an up date for internet explorer,it will find it and ask if you want to up date now.you can also use this tool to scan tool below to check for problems.it will speed up your computer and internet connection.it worked good on mine.
