I am wanting to stream video into my web site ...

I am wanting to stream video into my web site, right now I am using a DVR, and eitherneting into a router with a static IP./  I am having to go thru the trouble of entering a user password, password and login, how can I get the site to pop up with video ( real time ) or as close to it as possible with out having to log on to the DVR ? If the DVR is the problem then I will trash it and use something elese?  Help  Randy in Raleigh
