The best part is access to so much information! I can learn so many things just sitting at my computer. Everything from learning about a disease I was recently diagnosed with to finding directions to someplace in another state. The worst part is the danger of having my information pirated by some thief, or having my computer infected with some virus.
The best thing is that knowledge is available at the tips of your fingers.
The worst thing is that ignorance is just as accessable and more plentiful.
The internet has opened doors in many ways for many people. We now have instant access to information and people from around the world.
Without prudence, that in itself is a drawback. Also, it is highly addictive for some and easy to spend most of one's waking hours in it's alternate realities.
